In a separate Facebook listing, the BC of 107 Bty (Maj James Casey) has issued an invitation to all Rammers to attend the initial 107 Birthday function (representing when the first members of the Battery gathered at Holsworthy under Capt Badcoe in Apr/May 1965) in the Sheep Dip at the Battery function in the afternoon on Fri 1 May 2015. Other 107 Bty Assn scheduled activities are :  Anzac week 2015 gathering in Canberra - already 25 Rammers & partners have indicated their attendance. Also asked about corporate box at footy.  Trevor Hicks (106 Bty) keen only if a big contingent of 106 turn up. No dinners, footy of golf or private luncheon.  Ken Morrison – comments read “If PJ Smith organises this reunion as well as he organises the RSL Vic golf day it will be a great reunion”.  Denis Pfundt – no footy, shopping, dawn service or march or luncheon.  Don Donkin - yes to most but no footy or golf or shopping.  Peter McDonald – keen for everything and wife will accompany.  Warren Barnard is a possible.  Andrew Murray keen for most things but no golf.  Ian Schulz is keen for most events.  Robert (Bob) Poletti is keen but can’t commit at this stage.  David Alderton is keen for everything but shopping.  Mick Long is keen and Pat would go too.  John Torpey is a starter with wife Sandra.  Alf Hickinbotham.  John Hume.  Tim Makinson is keen.  Dave Drabble is keen and suggests some of the local WA lads are as well.  Ron and Lorraine Thorpe are interested.  Tim Ford is a ‘may be’.  Alan Johnston is a starter.
